A book for all level of players, this method deals with hand patterns over the top of double bass drum patterns.  The exercises can be used as rhythms of fills. The emphasis in each chapter is on cymbal and snare drum variations over straight sixteenth-note double bass drums.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Steve Luongo is a loyal band member and tends to stick with groups of musicians for a long time.  It's common for Steve to be in several long term working projects at the same time.  History shows that he spent 30 years performing with the legendary New York Band, Rat Race Choir. He spent 15 years of touring and recording with John Entwistle, another 15 years with Leslie West/Mountain and 6 years with TorQue. He continues to tour and record regularly.  His most recent tour was in 2007 with "Classic Rock Cares." 2007 also saw Steve recording new original material with Brian Johnson, Cliff Williams and Mark Hitt.  He played drums, produced and co-wrote the material for those sessions.  Two of those songs were released in a Universal film in April of 2008.
